Choose Water as a Beverage
I am a regular at drinking filtered or bottled water. I drink about 6 glasses of 8 oz water and substitute 1 or 2 glasses with ice tea and a twist of lemon daily. I consciously choose water and ice tea as a choice of beverage and the benefit I get
